Biography
Dr. Tamara de Inés Antón is a lecturer and Academic Coordinator of the MA in Translation at The University of the West Indies (Mona). She is an early-career academic with a PhD from the University of Manchester (UK). Her research interests lie in the intersection between gender studies, the sociology of translation and Central American women’s writing. She is also fully invested in the teaching of translation and carries out research in this field.
